Reviews:
"Wow! What an interesting multidimensional sonic journey!"
- Jonathan Goldman, sound healer / best-selling author
“Swirls of indigo and gold in my mind’s eye. Mostly moving in an upward direction from lower right to upper left. The direction shifted from time to time. Sometimes it started in the upper left and would move to upper right in more of a bulbous shape. At one point I saw vibrant outlined triangles! At first it was one triangle, then a cluster of several. All pointing upward. Then I saw a very specific tiny image that had a triangle and graphic design. It looked like an album cover. It was very distant, disappeared, then visible again, this time closer in my sight distance. Then with the next movement all visuals went completely blank. I didn’t open my eyes to check the time stamp, but it was at a jarring, slightly unsettling point in the music. Then the music settled into a warmer vibration and the colors flowed back in flower bursts of indigo and gold. I didn’t want it to end.”
- Maya Love Coppola, Recording Artist

Glossary:
"Ujjayi" breathing is a breathing technique employed in a variety of Taoist and Yoga practices. In relation to Yoga, it is sometimes called "the ocean breath".
Ujjayi is a diaphragmatic breath, which first fills the lower belly (said to activate the first and second chakras), rises to the lower rib cage (said to correspond to the third and fourth chakras), and finally moves into the upper chest and throat.
"Kumbhaka" is the retention of the breath in the hatha yoga practice of pranayama. It has two types, accompanied (by breathing) whether after inhalation or after exhalation, and, the ultimate aim, unaccompanied. That state is kevala kumbhaka, the complete suspension of the breath for as long as the practitioner wishes.
